Our tour starts at your hotel. On the way to Chichen Itza, you will enjoy a complementary continental breakfast on board of the bus (fruit juice, coffee, and sweet rolls or bagels) as well as drinks (water, sodas and beers on board). We will stop at a handcraft store to see how they make hammocks, traditional Mayan dresses (hipiles), Mexican jewelry, and leather. Should you like to purchase any items, you can do so here.

Afterwards, we will continue to Chichen Itza. Once at Chichen Itza, we will guide you around the site and tell you about the history of the Mayan civilization (for approximately one hour and 45 minutes), visiting the most important temples and pyramids such as The Temple of the Warriors, The Observatory, The Castle, The Thousand-Columns Tempe, The sacrificial well, The Tzompantli Temple, and many others. After the explanations, the tour guide will give you free time to visit the archaeological site on your own and take pictures.

After the visit to Chichen Itza, we will have an excellent lunch buffet (salad bar, rice, beans, soup, fish, chicken, pork, hamburgers, hot dogs, and delicious deserts) at our restaurant located only 5 minutes away from Chichen Itza. After lunch, we will travel to enjoy a fresh jump in the impressive natural well (cenote) of “Suytun”.

After this visit we will drive back to your hotel. We will be arriving around 8pm.
