Xel-Ha: The World's largest Aquatic Park

Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya vacations offer the great opportunity to carry out many amazing activities, from Mayan pyramids to virgin beaches and eco parks, amongst others. This latter activity is particularly popular in Cancun and the Riviera Maya, due to the existence of the incredible and unique Xel-Ha Eco Park.

Xel-Ha Eco Park, one of the amazing attractions in Cancun and Riviera Maya, is a natural park considered the largest aquarium in the world, the perfect place to perform marine activities. If you love nature, there exist no better place than Xel-Ha to practice snorkeling and water activities like swimming with dolphins, Snuba (combination of snorkeling and diving) or Sea Trek (walking under water). It is a real treat during your holidays in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the surrounding area.

What to do in Xel-ha Eco Park:

- Ride down the main river in a tube.

- Snorkel around the lagoon.

- Swim with dolphins (with an extra cost).

How to get to Xel Ha:

Xel-Ha Eco Park is 75 miles away form Cancun. We can accommodate you with transportation to Xel-Ha.

By car: Head towards highway #307south, pass Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Xcaret. Xel-Ha is 35 miles south of Playa del Carmen and before you reach Tulum.

By bus: The downtown Cancun bust station provides frequent daily buses to the area around Xel-HA. Make sure you tell the driver you are going to Xel-Ha. They will leave you on the road, and the Eco Park is a shor twalk away. On your way back, you will need to walk from the park to the highway and keep your eyes peeled in order to catch the right bus for going back to your hotel.
